1.'MediSoft' - Hospital Management System

A Comprehensive Software package for the automation of hospital Management System. The software package covers all the automation required with Pharmacy, Store Details, Consultation, Registration, Inpatients, Outpatients, Rooms, Billing(Registration Bill, Pharmacy bill, Procedure bill, Discharge bill), Management Information System (MIS) and Accounting modules.

The software package is developed as a two tier application using Visual Basic 6.0 as the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as the backend. In the project there is a full-fledged use of COM Technology (Dos mode Printing). This software uses ActiveX controls and ActiveX DLL's. This Package is easily converted to three- tier architecture. Accounts split into four firms depends on the infrastructure. One additional module for Operation theatre , Reimbursement bill for patient if they need and Canteen.

In this three-tier architecture ActiveX DLLs were created and deployed in MTS. Single store design was converted to main store and substore design, Staff details with payroll, include Blood bank and centralized accounting

The software package covers all the automation required with Admission, Student details, Staff Details, Subject Information, Exam Details, Payroll, Store Details, Hostel Details, Library Management, Management Information System (MIS) and Accounting modules.

The software package is developed as a three tier application using Visual Basic 6.0 as the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as the backend using Microsoft Transaction Server as the Application Server. From the Same Database a dynamic Web portal created for the school. The web site includes online payment, chat room, School calendar, syllabus, school information and student reports. The portal is developed using Active server pages and java.

Java is used for creating the school calendar applet. School calendar covers all upcoming events for a year. The offline application Transfer information to an MS Access file and that file is uploaded to the server and the data in the MS Access file is appended to the MS SQL Server database in the Web Server

This system was developed for monitoring the network system and system resources. This system automatically search all nodes present in the current network This can be done using the IP addresses and DNS Name.This system can be used to obtain Current system information,Operating system information, Hardware information,workgroup search,network search and remote shutdown

A database engine is the core of every database management system. Thus with the MSDE in hand, if we can develop an environment which fully exploits the services provided by it, we can transform this engine into a complete DBMS product. To do this we require interfaces like the query analyzer and enterprise manager of the SQL Server. This project takes care of functions like

This is a portal site, which offers services to the public such as Matrimonial, Real Estates, Automobiles, chat etc. The site follows three-tier logical and physical architecture for easier maintenance and scalability. Activex DLLs are created for different functionalities and are deployed in Microsoft Transaction Server.

The main features of this site Autonotify. The site is hosted in a US Server and is remotely administered using PC AnyWhere.

The software package will handle all the automation required for customs house agent (CHA), Godown Information, Exporters Importers details, Products information, Gate pass details, carting order details, billing, Security and accounting.

This package developed using two-tier architecture, front end is Visual Basic and back end is SQL Server 7.0. This package handles all details of containers storage space and automated billing and various type of reports.

The package has been successfully customized and implemented at Nitto Trading Company Cochin (who is the All Kerala Distributor of 'Butterfly' Home Appliances) and P and B Broilers, Edappally, Cochin (who is the All Kerala Distributor of 'Broiler Birds').I was in charge of office automation part.

This Software is used to automate daily activities done in Textile shops and Financial accounts. The software package have category and Products information, stock management system, billing, Security and accounting.

The software is used to monitor special import licensing scheme covering mainly advanced licensing scheme of Customs Department . This can monitor and give the messages regarding bond validity, bank guaranty , check limits etc.

Environment : VB 5, Ms SQL 6.5

This system was developed for managing the transactions held in Drawback Section. In Drawback Section total amount calculation, tax calculation and Customs House agent information, Importer/Exporter Details, Reports Generation, Daily transactions and financial account are included. The Values get from reports is automatically gone to the accounts module.

Environment : VB4 , Ms SQL 6.5

This system was developed for managing the stock and accounts. The project was mainly modularized to six; Sales man sales, Wholesale, Direct sale, purchase, stock and accounting. This includes the daily activities of salesman (sales statement, collection statement, amount checking, cheque clearance) and these amounts automatically transfer to various accounts.
