Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual talent, as well as a creative and innovative thinking and great sense of design. Confidence in creating front-end web design, including designing interfaces and style guides will be an added advantage. Selected web designer will need to provide creative input and support throughout the various stages of the designing process as a key player in design team. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have innovative approach, effectively manage large complex projects and have problem solving abilities. The individual must also be able to interact well within the company and learn and implement latest technologies. The selected designer would be a part of a team that’s redefining how the internet is used in modern businesses.
Requirements Minimum experience of 6 months in web designing is essential. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Div tags, Photoshop to build Web 2.0 websites. Experience in cross-platform design, image optimization, web palette and load time management. Candidates should have good understanding of typography, layout and color theory and should be able to show previous work that is truly innovative and on target. Selected web designer will be providing creative input and support throughout the various stages of the design process as a key player in design team.
